Lookin good! Those calipers are gonna be sweet and that thing is gonna stop on a dime.

Its funny because I see things like that C5 brake upgrade and think to my self, "Man I can't wait to be able to do that to my Monte." Then, it seems like the next day, you or LSCustoms are already on it and ready to put in/on yours rides  .

Keep up the good work. Hope to see more of my dreams for my Monte come to actual life in this thread and your SS thread.

Thanks for checkin it out bruh. Ive done a lil research on it and found a sweet lil idea. Its basically a piece of angle iron notched and holes drilled to mount behind the backing plate.. here's a few pics..(not mine)

The notch is to clear the axle tube. I'll cut the edns off the stock l/r ebrake cable, and cut the end section off the donar cars cables. Splice/weld em together and that should work fine. I'm swapping the backing plates around-"L" on the passengers side and "R" on the drivers side. This will move the caliper behind the wheel and position the e brake levers on the backing plates to pull forward. The SS maro's cables run over and behind the axle. Our G's have the e cable running in front of the axle tube. Here's a few pics. This guy did a lil something different, but you can get an idea of whats going on...

Of course theres other ways to do it. This looks pretty simple and cleam. I'll make a template, and mark/cut the angle iron to size. Then mount it and see what happens..

Worked on my lca's Foose gave me....
