Window sealer will make it harder to take apart if you ever need to get back inside the case to fix/replace anything...

I hate waking up and seeing a ton of progress and just positive attitude and internet cheer. especially when it isnt about my project. you know what. you should have just kept it simple, with simple sh*t and the same sh*t everyone else does, in fact, u should have just left the car bone stock. none of that flash crap makes the car go any faster than the stock 305 it had in it with the stock exhaust and stock wheels. i feel like drinking some hatorade, going over ur house and pouring some mothers polish all over your stuff, but then that hate would only motivate a brotha like you more... cant win for sh*t, there is a such thing as too nice and your sh*t my bro, is just that! I hate you and Mel! how about that. point blank simple. like a rock in a soft place. kumbuya or what not! and all the other sounds that crack heads make...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!! I KNEW you were a hater!! Ol hateration haterade drankin azz hater  Thanks lil bro!

Let me know when your easy for the compressor fittings I know where to get them for the stock compressor you seen how cold my a/c blows and I got you when ur ready.......

Preciate that! 8) Mine should blow just as cool with the replacing of the electrical, evap, new blower motor and fan, blower fuse, switch in the cabin and all the other lil stuff done. Cleaning that box out and working on the doors should really help as well. Just waiting for parts to show up so I can put it all back together... I cant wait to see that polished/fiber accumulator sweat drippin off the frame!! 😀

Foose stopped by and checked things out. Had some tips for me and we just kicked it and talked cars. He picked up some SEM Silver Color Coat for me. Sprayed my triple pillar pod, siliconed the trim rings on my Digi gauges and mocked it up. I LOVE THIS COLOR!! Should look killer with the grey/blue Alcantara and other blue stuff Im doin  I cant spray the other high traffic areas until I get some SEM adhesion promoter. Thats the ONLY stuff i use...Makes the paint stick like gorilla glue! Ill get 4 more cans Monday along with the promoter and get busy on things.

Damn man I'm blinded by cleanliness, you got that bay shinning like Ole girl from those pinesol commercials, its amazing what a lil time and effort can accomplish. Keep in mind without the haters you wouldn't be winning so much tell them fools to relax and take notes.

All that does is bring to light what you didnt do. Its the lil things that count. Thanks for swingin back thru...

Been on yard detail since 10. bout to get on the el for a lil bit. Prep these interior parts for spraying...

With all your doing I agree ur ac should blow a bit cooler even and with all the doors and tuff redone it should be sweet can't wait to see the carbon polished accumulator....Keep it up

I'll be happy if it just turns back on after pulling it all apart. I cant wait to see how it turns out as well. Swinging out to AZ to pick everything up and then the fun begins...

Well I wanted my dash wrapped so i pulled it out. This allows me to further investigate the ac ducting, vacuum lines and see how 80's tech worked. Pretty darn simple tech! MAN! this ol Elco is a diamond! All OG. Every line and electrical hookup is in perfect working order. just dusty. I pulled the ducting to clean itall out. I may pull the rest so I can roll my sound damp on the firewall...

breaking the dawn out and gettin my Spring cleaning on in the morning...

Simple yet effective design... Purple line I believe connects to vacuum and the grey goes to the heater hose valve thingamabob.

Sweet lil vac line "harness". All the lines are perfect. Soft and no rips or snags...

Cleaning the wiring up as best as i can before installing the Dakota gauges. I found some "butt" connectors and I wanna solder all that. Lil re arranging and things will be nice and tidy. I'll be back on that in the morning. Thanks for checkin back...

Just checkin back on the progress...

Looking beyond clean! Really, really, nice work man. This stuff takes a lot more time if you do it the right way, but that's the only way to do it. Did you have any issues fitting your gauges into the a pillar pod? I'm working on one right now - not running dakota digitals - but can't see how they are gonna fit without trimming the gauges' mounting studs and brackets... the pods are too shallow.

Wow, u doing the dayum thing...man shes going to be looking clean!
