I had been dodging this broken bolt, since I took off all the other body mount bolts. Well today I decided to tackle it. Sprayed the hell out of it for 3 straight with PB blaster. Used a stud extractor socket and turned it slowly by hand, and managed to take it out. The threads on the part that the bolt screws on to, look a bit messed up, I'm going to try to clean em up with a m10x1.5 tap. Hopefully that'll do it. If not I either go a size up or I'm going to have to replace it.

I've never tried it for this application but would a Heli-Coil work?

Great question. I honestly believe I could have gone 305 which is 10mm or 4/10ths of an inch larger. I can put my finger between tire and frame and between tire and fenders. Let's say my finger is half an inch. Even with 3/8ths that would give me 3/4 an inch total space. Not enough for a 315. 305 max for me.

That might be an option as well.

Spectacular build btw- I just got all caught up and everything is very clean, organized, and well thought out. I'm a bit jealous.

Thank you very much brotha. I wish I would've been done a long time ago. But with kids, work and school, I only work on it, when time permits it. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll have it running at least.
