90 degree elbow for oil pressure sender

I would just use a combination of brass fittings to get the height needed to properly clear the intake, the best place would probably be a store that makes hydraulic hoses and sells fittings but you could probably get them from a home improvement store just bring your sender set up and a tape measure.
 
Here is a junkyard pick from a few years back, got it off an late '80's Camaro. I got pics with both what I had on the old 305 & what was on it for the choke/oil light. The brass T set up was what was using.

pagrunt's setup was likely aftermarket. I have heard of people with gauges adding a tee and wiring an oil pressure switch in line with the distributor power. This way, if the motor loses oil pressure, it stops before wiping out a bearing. Hopefully.

These are what I use,got a box of these I've collected from 88-94 tbi engines(caprice,c/k trucks)don't forget to put a plug above oil filter adapter😉
