92 camaro rs 305

well i changed my mind on the olds motor but this other guy will take 500 for the 305 in his camaro with throttle body injection computer headers and all the front accessaries my question is would it be easy to keep the motor tbi or should i just put a carb on it.

would i basically drop motor in and reconnect all the sensors to the computer and stash it where my old computer goes? my car already has electric fuel pump and stuff

what do you have in your car now for a motor ?? I personally would not waste my time swapping in a 305 when for just a little more $$ you can pick up a vortec headed 350 that will make near double the HP and get the same or better MPG.

The TBI can be made to work but it's much simpler to swap in a carb. The f-body headers likely wont work in your car either. I would pass on this deal unless its basically free
