94 Blazer 2dr 5.3 Twin Turbo (Tyclone)

Got a bunch of test fitting started, gonna have to cut the headers back a good bit. Got the rad back into the core support and think the shroud fits pretty decent as well

Pulled the headers back off so that I can chop them down to mount the elbows closer in hopes of making the turbos fit, we shall see

Got the gauges in from Australia, now still trying to get the 14point7 guy pinned down to take an order for his wideband setup. Any of our Northerner brothers have experience with him? The place I got the gauges from said that AEM and Innovate were garbage widebands, our mechanic and I have only had good experiences with Innovate so am kind of curious. I did do some digging on the HP tuners forum and there was a lot of people downing both AEM and Innovate but didn't see much examples of why, also saw some praises for the 14point7 but had never heard of it until I looked into these gauges. So was hoping someone here had some experience

Got the aluminum core support in today which was much faster than promised so thats good, on the other hand the wideband that I thought was in stock and shipping after payment has finally been marked as shipped but will probably be days before it goes out

Proof of life, was going to work on the tail lights some tonight. But got side tracked trying to organize the piles of crap everywhere, still got a ways to go with all the stuff behind it but will save that for another day. Hoipefully should be getting back on this soon

Kind of a waste of a night, only thing that worked out was turning the Blazer around so that I can just peek it out the door to work on motor stuff since it will probably be getting blocked in by shop projects. Tried to mess with the custom tails some more and ended up cracking the housing while trying to heat it, I was leaning towards just cutting them open but my buddy helping me felt that heating the glue would work much better on this other set of tails. Then he had a bit of a freak out and broke the welding stuff when the welds kept cracking on the headers he was trying to weld flanges on. Once he did that I sent him over to the bike side to try theirs and it seems that it works much better over there so we are gonna give it another go in a few days I would guess
