I have an '81 Malibu that originally had a 4.4L V8. I bought the vehicle recently and it has a 350 service engine in it. I removed the OE exhaust manifold(s) and installed a set of headers on the engine. However, now I'm having trouble getting one of the brackets for the A/C Compressor & Power Steering to attach to the engine (see attached photos). Does anyone have any ideas and/or suggestions? I tried a bracket from Summit, but that did not fit/work. The OE bracket will not fit over the exhaust header tubing.

Pretty sure you will not find something that will jus bolt on and solve your problems.

You need a spacer (just a simple thick wall piece of tubing.) for the front exhaust manifold bolt. Then perhaps something like the A6 compressor uses with something welded on to add the second mounting point for the A/C P/S bracket.

Might have to cut the ear that went to the second exhaust manifold bolt off the A/C P/S bracket. Cut somewhere like the yellow line.
