Well thank you for you comments if you like it or not I could care less. I think it will look nice once i get my body work going good, and it does have a cool factor if you rolling with the hood off, so thanks for the love or lack there of. 87Montecarlomrc i got the cutoff wheel waiting lol

Buy the way, if you really want a scoop to put on when the hood is off, they just bolt on rather easily you just need longer carb studs for the brackets

I thought it was illegal to cut a hood in your hood and let the air cleaner stick out of it? or is that legal but wont pass inspection?

not in texas, I got my sticker with out the hood, but the again the air filter is in the scoop...?

Why not try a weiand air strike? Comparable to the air gap, and they're slightly cheaper than edelbrock, besides everyone has an edelbrock.

the 4 hole spacers are good for low end torque more truck stuff as far as i have seen. the open spacers are suppost to be midrange torque
