Yep, same luck here. If you look at the first pictures of the mangled fender you can see where the deer added insult to injury by craping on my car.
 Gives new meaning to the term "Suicide Bomber".

Picked up some parts today at a local yard. 250 for pretty much everything i needed. I'm waiting on my headlight and fog light i ordered offline, but everything else is done with the car. The parts aren't perfect but they are the right color.

Rock on, man! Already looks like it didn't even happen. Just need that headlight and she's good as new.

Nice! You got lucky on the color match. I've never been that fortunate. The cost of paint adds up quick and never looks the same. Yours looks like it never happened -- and you get to put some cash in your pocket!

My headlght came in Monday so I got that installed. Since the car was jacked up and tore apart I decided to take ths opportunity to try and find my small transmission leak. Looks/looked like it was the transmission cooler lines. I had to order those from amazon and they arrived Tuesday so those are now installed. I picked up a few extra days of work so hanen't been able to do the finishing touches but its close. Another bonus to this situation is that the new hood and fender i put on had a hood hinge with a gas strut, whereas my old set up used the prop rod. The only down side was I was missing the driver side hinge that had the pin for the strut. So I made one last trip to the junk yard today to grab the hinge, hood insulation, and a header badge. Almost done, just a test drive to make sure no transmission leak.
