That's great they spent $800M, but how much was the revenue increase? 
I want a refund on my prime membership since it takes a week+ to get anything from them now
you think that is bad, this guy ordered hair cream in 2012 and it just arrived....the guy is probably bald by now.....
Screw Amazoom. They are nowhere near the best bargain, even Home Dupa beats their prices these days. And they can quit the BS advertising about all the zillion of dollars they spend on employee safety equipment. They fired the guys that called out their negligence in the first place. For what that advertising costs they could have outfitted every employee with haz-mat suits and scuba gear. But the sheeple will watch the TV adds and fall for the BS. I NEVER buy from them anymore.
last thing I ordered was from RockAuto and it took 4-5 days to get here....it was a day quicker then what they told me it would be
It seems like the shipping companies hustle to deliver by Friday as if they know we're chomping at the bit to use the products over the weekend.

Who uses Prime anymore, buy through the 3rd party sellers rather than Amazon themselves.
My guess: Amazon issued a "we're so great" press release and it's very easy to just quote from it directly
