Amazon

Stumbled on $12.92 PRIME for an ACDelco D1405B aka GM p/n 1990116 tilt-wheel ignition switch (lower column). They're nearly $40 list price at the dealership and best prices at dealer is around 22 bucks.

So if you need one and a prime member...great price even if you have to pay sales tax.

Now I have a beef with Amazon now about Prime. Some how I became a Prime member with out opting for it, even after I declined the offer. Worst part I let it slip under my nose checking my card statements. I was looking at some parts & decided to look over my account to see why I have been getting all these Prime ad emails (which I deleted instead of opening). After having to restset my forgotten password via telephone I reset it with the CSR. Here is where I noticed I was a Prime member. Checked my order history which showed I haven't ordered since Christmas & NO order for a Prime membership or any orders since. I kept telling the CSR I didn't opt in as I clicked declined for the "free" trial. She kept saying since it shipped free I opted in. The free shipping was cause the cost requirement. Then she said it was cause it shipped in two days, I told her it took longer than two days. Then going over again I declined Prime, it was shipped free cause of the price meet free shipping, it took longer than two days she hung up on me! I went back to my account to cancel Prime just to go thru five pages to encourge me not to cancel buttering it up with "benifits" that I never used or cared for. Now after I finish taking care of the Jr. Mechanic I'll try to get some satisfaction with someone. Why would someone who orders off Amazon once every year or two want Prime? Bastardos y putas!

thanks for reminding me, I just went in to cancel my trial prime membership which I would have forgotten....

For an additional note their customer service sucks. My phone call with them was just filled with scripted sorries & couldn't comprehend on how did I get Prime when I declined it, the free shipping did not need Prime, how an error on their end happened. It just kept going in circles. I think a stoner would of answered my questions better. But I did keep my cool & didn't tell her to eat a bag of dicks despite how much I wanted to.
