It's an olds. It has the dizzy in the rear, those odd shaped valve covers, and the oil fill tube up front sticking out of the block. Whether it's a 260, 307, 350, that remains to be seen.

I do notice that kinked METAL fuel line and blue thread tape on the inlet fittings.
 
when i dont ask ppl for they 2 cents i tend to get rich of here but when i ask something seriouse all i c is yip yapping all on the page lol funny how things work in here . i still dont get under that hood soon will doe

DX is the designation for the 350 olds diesel block. It's a really beefy block that can be bored and stroked out to 430+ cubes. Highly doubt it though. Most diesel cars were scrapped long ago. Betting it's a 307 or a smogger 350. it is most certainly an oldsmobile though.
