Any good tips on redoing plastic interior peices . Flaking !

I have some rear plastic peices in a 79 Malibu that are faxed and flakin as they all do ,any good tips ?can I use bondo to skim on them before I paint or dye them?

Sorry, I though that would help you out too. Maybe hit it with some red scotch brite? I think bondo would end up cracking. You could try that 3M bumper repair resin too, that stuff is a little more flexible.

You can sand them down until they are smooth and spray them with a clear or black texture coat(this give the factory texture on the panels) from sem and then dye the with the color you choose. I used sem dye for my malibu and worked amazing. Prep is key.
