Okay between school and home I'm pretty damn bored with life.I have a pretty flexible schedule with school but I really don't have a fixed income. Taking on a part time job right now is just to much weight to carry. I also wanna take advantage of my bill free lifestyle while I still can. I basically just wanna know some other extra ways to earn quick cash whenever I have the time. Whenever snow fell I was out with a few friends removing snow but its looking like those days are ending soon. Any input would help

P.S It sucks spending the saving money you've been saving for years

Taking out CDs helps.

Well, given the two addresses you list, do you have a truck? If so, consider hauling cars and parts north/south when you can fit in the gig. Especially if you get some nice parts out of the deal.

Another thing to consider...what are you studying at school? Is there something that would enhance your career that you can learn on your own? For example, study for a contractor's license, or learn a CAD tool. There is always a demand for people who can bring a lilttle extra to the interview table. Another idea...a shot in the dark...the military reserves are entitled to health care for themselves and their families, and in many states, the reserves pay for college tuition. A commission when you finish wouldn't be bad either...

I have actually thought about parts hauling and the service. I grew up in a military household with both my parents being in the service. I'm pretty much going to school free which is making me want to take advantage of the opportunity even more. I have 3 years of automotive detailing on my resume but I have been looking into taking some sort of skilled trade in the summer.

You might want to consider collecting gbody parts at the junkyards. I started selling parts to get some money to fix up my old cj jeep. Now I have enough to buy a whole jeep! timo

Craigslist and ebay are possibilities.

Some years back, a friend of mine who was REALLY into role-playing games (paper-and-pen based), when he became disabled, got into buying and selling the game books, figures, etc., anything related to the genre. Out of print stuff was not only to him more lucrative (sometimes), but also more fascinating.

It was incredibly enjoyable for him, and it helped him to supplement his income. There was SOME risk involved, of course, but overall he was making money (not huge amounts, but enough to help add to the meager amount disability was paying), and dealing with merchandise related to a hobby that he really loved.
