any trick to removing brake drums

alot of time those bleeders are seized in the cylinder and you end up replacing the wheel cylinder..then when you replace the cylinder you have a chance to damage the line going to the cylinder.

thanks for the response . the ebrake is off i looked all over the back and found no holes every thing that looked like a cover is a rivet or something . so should i just go get a bigger hammer and get it done or can that break something . so far ive just removed the tire.
there is a rubber stopper in the hole...its shaped like an oval...more long than round...should be near the bottom of the brake backing plate...in the middle, below the axle tube. Pull the rubber plug out with a screwdriver, and use the screwdriver to back off the self adjuster....

on the drum there's 2 hole in between the stud hole, those holes are for 2 bolts (got to find the right size though) as you tighten those bolts it'll push against the hub, forcing the drum off slowly. no banging , no breaking , no problem!
