Anyone have a factory LM-1 350 A/G-body?

I haven't heard of a Mexican SS in 1984 only... Which models were they? I have heard that Mexican cars didn't have the smog restrictions that the American equivalents had so they were higher power. I remember reading the Mexican 350 2bbl was rated at 195hp which was high for the time, especially with a 2bbl carb. An engine builder I talked to suspects they put Targetmaster 350 crate motors in them which were made in Mexico.

From what I have read, the Mexican SSs are 4bbl 350s rated at 190 hp. The HO L69 305s are also rated 190 hp in F bodies, 180 hp in American Monte SSs. Moreover, the Mexican SS have manual transmissions instead of auto trans.

There is a Black Knight for sale in Southern Maine. Owner claims its a factory Lm-1 4 speed car.

I had a Malibu police car it was a FBI car I don't remember what year it was but it was a brown 4 door radio delete car 305 4barrel don't remember what trans 2.?? Posi heavy sway bars I used it for parts I think it was an 84???
