All 4 of my speakers are blown on account of being 40 years old and dryrotted. Trying to find replacements but unsure of wattage/ompedence?

FYI they need to be factory spec as I am still running the original radio

The rears can be converted to 6 x 9's for a far better sound by either using adapters or cutting a couple notches behind the rear seat just below the rear deck they are maybe 1" x 6" .depending on the speaker.

Get with your local stereo shop. Easy upgrade to awesome sound with little money with a factory radio

If you're not super into car stereos, pioneer 4x10s (rear) and 3.5 inch (front) will sound just fine. Under 100 bucks from amazon.

I just replaced my 4 originals and the difference is night and day.

Factory original car speakers don't have to be 40 years old to be crappy. They come that way from factory. An easy inexpensive upgrade that pays big dividends. Keep the original radio and upgrade the speakers
