Also using Wallace racing;

Your assumed weight being 3500 lbs, a 514hp engine should yiel an 11.05 @ 121.5 mph.

So you just need to figure out what gear and tire will get you close to that in 3rd (1:1) gear.

4.35:1 rear ratio with a 26" tall slick should get you 6800 RPM through the traps.
4.52:1 rear ratio with a 27" tall slick should get you 6800 RPM through the traps.
4.68:1 rear ratio with a 28" tall slick should get you 6800 RPM through the traps.

Without the lock up converter you probably lose 2 to 300 rpms to slip at cruise. Although you probably have a fairly good / tight converter to be going 110 with your setup. I think to do a 4.56 I would want a lock up if you like to drive it and add the wife or kids for a cruise in / car show. You can get 3,000 stall lock up fairly cheap but to get a say 3,200+ multi disk lock up you are going to have to give up some cheese. Do you run 28" tall tires?

I think the 4.56 and a decent tire & track prep will get you 11.90s without other changes. Maybe i am a little to quick to say that as I am not sure what 60s you are running now and have not seen your car launch. I'm a fan of loosening the sway bar at the track and would rather run / drive a 70/30 than a 90/10. The 90/10 tends to give you the traction at the line like the 70/30 but tends to unload weight transfer a little to quick/easy in a G and have you lose traction part way down the track on a borderline tire. Just my experience fwiw. I am betting you get that elusive 11 this summer. :) On a pump gas driver none the less. 8)
trust me i am running a 10" Hughes lock up convertor and i cannot lock it up until i hit around 70mph or i get major engine lug.

Azeem I didnt take the time to run the numbers. Looks like at 514 he could get more mph than I would have thought.

Sounds like you have a lot of cam or have the cam advanced or retarded a good bit. You never said your stall. OD is just for cruising it doesn't have to snap & pull hard.

You and me both. But that's what the HP calculator is suggesting. I have a feeling the Wallace Calculator is using Wheel HP. Jbreu didn't specify if its wheel or crank HP. But even at 16% drivetrain loss, it should be a 11.68 @ 114mph.
