where do you guys run your mufflers? has anyone ran a varex?

Looking at installing cut outs but was told to take a look at Varex mufflers. actually was recommended them. but not sure where and/or if they fit. if they go in the back or mid way. https://xforceusa.com/products/vmk11-300/ or https://xforceusa.com/products/vmk52-300/

My first impression to installing this set up is...NYET...wouldn't get it. While the thought of combining muffler and cut off sound-generation in one exhaust component, in the long run, it doesn't make sense due to cost of muffler replacement. Sure, it says Stainless Steel but your exhaust will get damn hot and eventually deteriorate over time.
