Spring? I thought that was over and back in to winter again. 2 weeks ago it was 70* and today its 20* with snow flurries here in PA.

'78 Cutlass Salon 442. Built 350, 700R, power windows and locks, cruise, tilt, aluminum hood and same-era NOS Century Turbo Coupe decklid spoiler. Not the prettiest design GM ever produced, ranks with the early '80s Seville, and the Pontiac Aztek near the bottom of the barrel aesthetically, but a high-performing G-Body in their earliest iterations, as the "Malaise Era" progressed.

Came to Greensboro, NC, two years ago, from Solon, OH, where it was "done" about 15 years ago. I've gotten the accessories sorted, put on the aluminum hood, installed the NOS spoiler I'd had for many years, and dropped in the 700R replacing the TH350 it arrived with. Since these pictures were taken, I've put in the correct Olds leather-wrapped sport steering wheel.

Nostalgic memory lane artifact - my first new car was a '79 442 305-4V 4-speed with white buckets, navy over light blue, tilt, a/c, AM/FM 8-track, SSII wheels that I ordered from Ste-Therese in the fall of '78. This is the closest I've found to it. '03 Harley commemorative edition teal paint, the side graphics are wrong (but paint, not tape), but it's as close as I can come to my lovingly-remembered ride.

Actually, I do not really want to participate, but I still have a photo on the spring theme.

I really like that, might be because of the super cool color but sharp ride to me all the same
