I will have had my Monte for 4 years this coming September. In that time I have swapped the motor once, transmisison twice, had the complete interior out at least 4 times. I upgraded the brakes on all 4 corners and next spring the interior is coming out again to finally re-vamp the stereo. All the work was done by my small group of freinds and myself of course. Can't thank my freinds enough for all their help.... and the beer... and the pizza LOL 🙂
All this in an effort to make the car a little faster, stop a little quicker, and have more thump in the trunk than it had when new ( and I could not afford it ) but keeping the car looking stock.
Here's the way it sits currently, other than new tires

Floors re-worked by my A-1 helper ( he thinks the car is actually his, and he's just letting me drive it until he gets his license ).
Lastly I will be gutting this system put in by the PO and replacing it with something more subtle
