Mine's a '81 and started out with a non-CCC 262 and now is a non-CCC 305.

Some, not sure if all Canadian models were not CCC. My cutlass was an 87 with a Chevy 305 engine and it did not have a computerized carb.

Lot`s of gbodies were made in Canada. How they`re setup depends on what market they were assembled for. Depending on the year, models for Canada and those for the US have different emisions rules. I`m not sure what the breakpoint is but it has to have been at least mid-80`s since they are few and far between up here.
