Pulled the head and removed the bits of metal. Has been makin loud nosie from the valve cover, and goes with rpm, have major power loss and don't know which one it could be, I'm goin to do a compression test tomorrow but wouldn't I have low compression from either one, oil pressure has not changed since, checked timing, and pushrods,(they are not bent) and did a valve adjusment still havin the same problem, just wonderin which one it could be, any help would be great.
