best way to remove window rubber trim with damage.

I am preping for primer and paint so I'm trying to remove all trim from around the windows and the rubber also has trim around the little rears. Any tips on doing a none damaging removal? Thanks

They are held in by 5 nuts on the inside and some sealer/glue stuff. Then you have to push the window out.
