I had a elcamino that needed the hood hinges so i borrowed them from the bu. the elco is long gone though.
thats why i had to get the hood hinges in the picture.

like the idea of trying to lose the weight of the hinges, but I think you lose aerodynamics with the strap! :rofl:

Near future plans (next month or two)

get it running asap

98 camaro seat swap

hotchkis front and rear springs

kyb all the way around

front elco spoiler

then either magnaflow or spintech muffler

am/fm cd player with iPod hookup

two 10" square solo baric's by kicker

1000 watt amp.

cruise it for a year then ls motor swap!!!

The original owner of that car must've been very brave/tolerant/cheap!
I can't imagine that there are very many cars that were ordered new in California that weren't equiped with A/C...
Better for you though! The non a/c set up is the way to go. :banana:
