blinkers not blinking. please help!

just yesterday i was cruising and realized that my blinkers would not work when i would hit the switch to make a turn. the light would turn on but not blink. wierd thing is, when i hit the emergency lights, they blink.
please help me someone, i woud really appreciate it.

replace your turn signal flasher under dash rt of the steering column.

Did you check the blinker fluid?

so i replaced it and all my bulbs and no luck. one question, is it where all the fuses are, or is it located on its own area?
its wierd cus the emergency lights work but when i hit the turn signals the light stays lit outside and on my dash.

Im kinda having the similar problem now but my blinkers work perfect until you turn the headlights on.Then only the driver side will blink while the passenger side blinker just stays lit the whole time when you turn it on not to mention the headlight on that side dims significantly would that be a flasher or fuse??

You have a bad or incorrect bulb either in your front signal or your taillight.

That is what i first thought but i put all new lights in since i updated my front clip im thinking its a bad connection with in the light socket
