If it's an actual Turbo hood, and not a flat hood with a scoop added, that'd be the most expensive part of that package. The other stuff really doesn't sell in this area

That is the scoop I m hoping he still has the fenders r coming off the same car

Around here, that's a $200 hood if rust free and no filler, fenders are $50-100 all day long, loaded header panel with grille/bezels/etc is $100 for 81-83 style, and a steel core support might bring $50 on a good day. Everything you listed sold over a long time is $400-450, BUT, a guy buying it together will want a package discount and might see $350 or $400.
