Officially the stupidest product of 2023. Aftermarket V8 sound for your electric Mustang Mach E! Available for the low, low price of just $1600! SEMA has become an absolute joke. Please watch the stupid little video they made explaining why you are supposed to want to buy this and try not to laugh.

Anyone who buys this shouldn't be allowed to vote.

All Girls Garage put on of those on F150. Already set up with four sounds, A Vette, Mustang, Hemi & can't remeber the 4th. It was a joke with them testing it out with that guy from Borla trying make it seem cool revving a speaker. Sound with out that body rock while gunning the engine don't seem right. Bust out the Tesla fart sounds again.

This is soooooo dumb. Cause you know the number 1 choice of every performance minded driver looking for a hot rod is an electric SUV. Gimme a break, who are they trying to kid 🤣🤣🤣

Why stop there... maybe they can offer an upgrade sound package as an option that also let's you make it sound like a straight piped V-tech with a fart can. That ought to really boost sales.

The only way it's acceptable is if it makes the noise the cars make from the Jetsons

Sadly, this the wave of the future. Foward thinking? Dodge is already trying to add acoustics for making sound in the electric Challenger. Man are guys pissed on the Challenger sites that the Hemi is going away. Ford is leaving the 2 door Mustang alone until 2028 before hybrid and electric. Why they named this ugly 4 door blob Mustang is a whole other issue.

I tend to agree. Had they called in just the Mach E and left the Mustang name off, they probably would have saved themselves a fair bit of ridicule. Or maybe that was the point. Draw more attention to the car by throwing the Mustang name on it. Any publicity is good publicity right?

Aftermarket fake engine sounds shouldn't be a huge surprise. A number of manufacturers (including Ford) have been doing it for quite some time.
