I bought a rebuilt 8.5" 3.73 locking diff a while back. It was part of an abandoned project. The guy had installed disk brake brackets on the front of the axle, really well done, the caliper and disk mount really well, looks A1. I have seen 98% of the projects I check online have the disk brake conversion set on the rear of the axle. Why, for fitment? I am a afraid the caliper may it the frame... I checked the part number, and the calipers are from a late 90s Camaro.
