Brother critically ill, prayers appreciated.

Thanks to all for your prayers and support. Unfortunately, I received word that my brother passed away tonight. His passing was peaceful. I pray for his three sons for comfort and strength in this difficult time.

My step sister left 4 young children, an infant, 2, 8 and 9 year old when she passed from a drug overdose a couple years ago. It can be really hard deal and separate your anger at them for their refusal to take care of themselves, the damage addiction causes, and your grief.
I'll be keeping you and your family in my thoughts, and hope you'll find the strength in your higher power to be okay.

So sorry to hear about the passing of your brother Ed. I sincerely pray that your family gets through this and becomes stronger. I just lost one of my best friends of 30 years in January to an overdose, he was pretty much my brother. It hurt bad, and still hurts when I think about it because he was only 35, but GOD had other plans for him.
