I am sure it has been done but does anybody have pictures of it. And possibly some with a center console between them. What is used to hide the space the now shows from where the factory seats were?

I remeber somebody using F body rear seats in a G body. IIRC it had a center arm rest that folded down.

ive been thinkin of doin this but since interior is last on my list not sure i want to n e more plus the seats i got now looks pretty sweet back there

Im really curious to see what that would look like. I dont think the gbody is low enough so the "hump" wouldnt look right with the seats.

that is so true.....

it can be done with lil effort u just gave me an idea that i must run wit but just a lil tip if u still plan on doing it cause im doing my own interor but all u need is two sets of buckets so im goin to get to sets of leather buckets from two of the same cars for the back seats i will put tracks so they slide an still recline i can make my own consoles and wrap it my self thanks for the idea i will have pics

This would be interesting to see. I've seen pictures of A-bodies done, 64-72, but nothing from 78 up

The car that I got my replacement doors from ('82 Malibu wagon) had F-body buckets in the rear. Sorry no pics. I didn't bother to see how they were installed. It really didn't look that bad, though. I can recall some early custom cars with rear buckets.
