I see SBC roller rockers on Ebay starting at $107 for new aluminum or stainless with poly locks and I am wondering has anyone bought these, used them and put a good amount of miles on them in a mild application.
I typically by name brand parts especially for something that has to be durable but sometimes cheap stuff works well and I would like to know are these are a deal or another case of you get what you pay for.

I had nothing but issues with mine. I had the stainless 1.72 roller rockers in my 496. 10 out of the 16 had issues after a few hundred miles. The trunnions took way more than needed to rotate and a few would not spin all the way around. Obviously in the engine they won't rotate all the way around but they still shouldn't lock up. I found very fine shavings all over the top of the cylinder head and springs. Not sure if thats what caused an early camshaft failure or not but never again. They went in the trash and were replaced by Scorpions. Been a year now and so far no issues.

If I were you I wouldn't bother with the potential headache. $100 is a lot better sounding than $280 but there's a reason for it.

I don't think I would chance it on internal engine parts. Too much risk.

I'll admit it I used a set of stainless rollers from ProComp.

No complaints here and pop the clutch on my BBC at 6500+

After beating on them I did get nervous and went out and bought the CompCams Ultra Pro Magnums.

I have Comp Stainless rollers right now in my BBC and have a new set of Comp Pro Magnum XD in a box waiting for me to assemble the new engine but these are for my .750 lift solid roller cams that have high spring pressures that also see 7500 RPM.
The SBC will be a .500 lift hydraulic roller for a mild 350 build so that is why I was wondering if any of these budget rockers were worth the money savings over a name brand plus I think the set I pulled off the previous SBC were possibly Summit brand full rollers that had at least 30,000 street miles and are still in good condition but I will be buying new regardless.

Would you wanna sell the old rockers?
