You want traction eh? you could do the ol' "canadian winter in a 2wd truck trick." fill the back with sh*t till she squats, maybe pick up a couple of hefty ladies get em in the back seat! ;p lol that might not be the most practical ;P haha buts its 3 am whatcha expect haha! What about grabbing a posi rear end from a monte ss? i know the 83-84's had a 3.42 posi and the 85-88's had a 3.73 posi, according to my parts interchange program the tag should be code GT4 for the 3.73 posi if i remember right.
