BUICK 86-87 Turbo Scanmaster 2.1- Seeking QUALITY bracket

hello people: I just bent a thin pc. of stainless for now and it seems like for now it's staying. I have it were alot of people others have on the ledge above the radio. What I do have is that shade they sell to give it a little cover so on a sunny day you can read it. I do have if two way taped to the left and bottom of the SM right in that area I talked about. It has not moved. Also were I have it you can run the wire from the SM down the side so you can hide it. On the steering colum is not for me. I'd like to see what you come up with.

Could always run the scan master G and throw it in a pillar pod.

I do remember someone on the TB boards making something for the top of the column. Let me do some giggle searches.

Yes, I recall seeing a bunch of guys using it. There are even a few YouTube vids. So of the TB guys were selling off the rectangular scanmaster 2.1 for this unit since it has more functionality. It has Bluetooth functionality and you can log on your phone.

I don't use the OE '148 ECM so I don't use the scamster, but my IMO, the scanmaster G from Bob Bailey is a step above for the stock chipped 148 ecm.

lol, I know guys love em. When the G can out, I though it was great and a big jump forward for the TB comminty still running the stock ECM. I run the EBL SFI-6, so I just hook my laptop or tablet to it. Bailey does make a scanmaster G that I could also use, also for the SY/TY crowd.
