Any one seen this kit yet? i stumbled accross this about a month ago. i am considering this kit but it seems to be really pricy to me. i'm not sure if the cool factor warrents the price tag.

Thats the kit from clickable links---->Spaghetti Engineering.com or GNS PERFORMANCE.COM

I have the kit from them for my SS Monte Carlo. Im hoping the Elco kit Larry is remaking has the same led's and board setup the Spaghetti Engineering led tails have. FAR superior and a lot cleaner and brighter looking.

On the Elco I have a 12" long led 3rd brake light just above the rear window. You dont even know its there until I hit the brakes. I'm extending it to run across the whole rear window. Mt SS laydown tail will have the same thing only "frenched in" the laydown spoiler. With those led tails and 3rd brake light setup, peeps will know to STOP!!! LOL! Im doin the same on my Malibu when I get it. Sequential led tail lights and led 3rd brake light across the tail

Looks clean!! I did the same with mine. I wanted it to go accross the entire rear window, but ran out of cash for the kit. So I got the smallest setup (12"-20 led setup). I rolled some hurculiner all the way up and around the window, and tinted the rear window. I tinted the led's lens and you cant even tell the 3rd light is there until I hit it. On really dark streets, the bed is all black, and that makes the light pop nicely. Ive have big 4x4 raised waaaay up truckers flag me down and compliment me on the instal. They say they can really see the light. Thats what I was after. I had 3 friends get rear ended cuz folks couldnt see the low rear brake lights...

Pics are before the Hurculiner was rolled on up around the window. I wanted the light peeled and stuck on first..I need to get some updated pics of how it looks with the Hurculiner and tint now. Totally hides the 3rd led lights

Vid shows the Hurc and tint done. I think I was scrubbing the old liner up so I could lay the secong coat down. For a "homegrown jobber, it came out cool. Of course a pro would have done a cleaner job, but its all good...

Do any of these companies make the rear LEDs for an 85 Monte SS why they make it for an 87-88 Monte and other older cars but not 83-86 Montes.

Man I'd love to get the elky light for my wagon!

there is no such thing as "too bright" brake lights. there wasa a study that showed that the brighter the light, the quicker people react. so infact it makes it safer to have bright led tail lights because it turns on and off faster and is brighter and makes people react better to them.
