My friend who drives Nascar and anything else he can get his hands on gets pulled over by a cop today. The cop asks him why he was texting and driving to which my friend claims he wasn't. So the cop pulls out his phone and turns out the cop follows my friend on twitter so he shows my friend what he just posted on twitter...

So the officer was reading texts and driving?

sounds like it but I don't know the details and there are some cars with 2 cops for training purposes. I guess it's like if a cop nails you for speeding that means he/she was speeding too and we know the results of that argument..

So many ways to beat that argument. My wife uses my twitter acount from home. I tweeted that when I was parked. I believe the cop has to see the device in your hand. But this seems more like this was done in fun though. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's JR, the word is his dad is selling all the ncats they have so there has to be something in the works for a ride down south. It looks like the ncats won't be running next year, they dropped a few track, Montreal being one which brought in alot of $$$$. There is a few other teams selling their cars and equipment as well. There is one guy selling 2 cars and 3 Bauchamp engines for $25 k. One of the Bauchamp engines is new so it's worth $35-40K alone. That series was way too expensive to run and if we had run our car against them we would have started in 5th spot. We have 10" slicks compared the their 12" and we have a 604 crate against their built engines. They run a couple of tracks we run.
