C4 Corvette IRS into G Body

Has anyone tried to use a C4 Rear IRS in a G Body. On initial look. it looks fairly easy.

I thought about it a long time ago. Lots of chassis fab work will be needed.

Easy if you can fabricate and measure.
I say do it and take a bunch of pictures to show us how to get it done.

You want to swap it because the C4 stuff is easy to retrofit? Reason I ask is there are better IRS out there.
