C5 Corvette adapter plate for Blazer ZQ8 spindles

I'm looking for someone that can make a couple sets or a company that sells the adapter plates to run C5 Corvette front & rear brakes on a g-gody using the Blazer ZQ8 spindles. I have called Flynbye.com numerous times but the guy Ed Miller never returns my calls. Is he still in business? I am trying to complete this conversion & so is a friend on mine so if anyone have information on where I can buy the brackets please post. Thanks!

kore3 makes the adapters and the kits. the ZQ spindles may not be specifically listed, but they do make them.

I have B body spindles with 12" rotors but upper a arms are way too high now .....
looking for a fix

usually ed answers up pretty quick and he has plates, but they work for older style LT1 camaro rear discs and he has some stuff for the front, but im not sure if there is a different in front spindles on the zq8, is it just lower than an s10 etc?

anyhow, i did the LS1 style on my el co and i just figured out that the zq8s should fit fine with them... link in my sig...

ZQ8 was made for dual piston calipers similar to most modern brake caliper/mount setups. The standard spindle had the large ears to hold the single piston caliper with the spindle itself.

the zq8 spindle has the hub and rotor as 2 pieces as the stocks are one piece so to put c5 brakes you need to either machine down the stock or get and aftermarket rotor here is a good post on the swap

i think its like 98-03 or something like that but you can only find them on blazers not s10s

is it just because of the dual piston? i have a 2003 s10 zr2 as my daily driver. one of my rpo codes on the glove box is ZQ8. so you should be able to broaden your search a bit.


Edit but it is 4x4 so i bet that makes a difference
