they are the same only difference is the hub has a hollow center with splines for the front axles but they can be used. as for it being dual piston yes thats one reason to swap them but its also easier if you plan on doing the c5 brakes later on. i acually have this set-up but i havent installed it yet im wait on getting my drop springs ( i dont want to take everything apart twice).
