With big spacers & lots of other work, yes. You'll need to notch your rear frame.rails, and you'll also need front suspension work so they don't rub. At a bare minimum tall upper balljoints to change the camber curve so the tires won't rub.

Most anything can be done, but those wheels are not a bolt on and go.

I have 275/40/17 G-FORCE SPORT COMP-2 on 17x9.5 Corvette Sawblades on my '80 El Camino, so the 19x10 should work with the correct bolt on adapter thickness. The 275/40/17 tires have a section width of 10.9" and a tread width of 10.8"

It's been a while since I installed mine, so I cannot remember if I put on a 2.25" thick adapter or a 2.0" thick adapter on the rear, but you should be able to measure off the rear drum flange or rotor flange to see how much distance you have between the flange and the frame. Since you can find the offset of the Corvette wheel, you should be able to back into the thickness of the adapter you need.

With a 255/40 tire in front and a 275 in back should work with proper suspension setup up and a little Fender lip rolling/inner fender work in front.

Give me a few weeks and I should have a 19x12 stuffed under my Monte. ;)
