calling all TPI guys-Flooding

My wife's Camaro did that ,It had a bad fuel pressure regulator diaphragm. It had a pin hole in it. It was sucking fuel through the vacuum hose.

IMG_1406.JPG IMG_1405.JPG IMG_1403.JPG well i have holding FP now with check valve installed,but injectors still flooding.i removed the fuel rail as seen above & tested,4 injectors leaking & 4 ok.i have a new set of south bay injectors i have now installed & reset FP to 45psi with key on.however these MFs wont open when cranking.i still have injector pulse verified with noid light to all 4 pigtails.
 
i have 3 sets of injectors laying around. 1 set 88 IROC =4 leak & 4 good
1 set SOUTH BAY=wont open
1 set 89 TA=look really rough,but i guess ill see what they do
 
Hmmmm, did you set the IAC motor using the jumper wire on terminals A&B on the ALDL port?
Also, where do you have base timing set, and is it verified with a light?

i did set IAC & TPS but i dont have plenum on at this point,see pics above im tryin to get the injectors to act right.timing was verified at 6deg

UPDATE: each south bay injector will fire with a 9V battery.but i have pulse with noid light?!
