The manual transmissions in 1978, 3-speed Saginaw, 4-speed Saginaw, and 5-speed Borg-Warner T50, were available in the Cutlasses either 2-dr or 4-door. Very unusual to see. I parted one out 10 years. It was a 1978 Cutlass Salon 4-dr that had the base 231 V6 and 3-speed manual, along with the required bucket seats. The car's window sticker I found in the glove box only showed 5 options added to the car. It had basically nothing in it.
