Check the body mount bushings and locations 1st because if you have one destroyed or location rusted enough to not support the bushing, then all of the spring and a-arm bushing replacements possible will not resolve the issue. And I agree w/ ck80, if you're on the original body mounts, then they are almost undoubtedly destroyed if either the car has seen salt or a fair amount of use in non-salty areas. It is wise to replace them all if they are original and then recheck everything after that's complete.

Regarding a-arm bushings, I've never changed a lower a-arm bushing due to it needing to be replaced from wear or age - they are rarely whooptified, unlike the body mounts.
