Center Console Q's

I used an older Camaro console for my Monte and modified it to fit, I thought about cupholders but I am always drinking a 32oz Gatorade so I mounted a giant quart size cupholder on the back of the console facing the rear seat since I felt a hole that big in my console would look ridiculous. And my passengers have to hold their own refreshments with a screw on cap being required.

What year of Camaro? I really like that one, simple and sleek.

Mine was out of a 78' TA with blue interior but I think 70-81 are the same console with only slight differences depending on options
My feeling is just because a console fits between the seats doesn't mean it fits the car.

I got the buckets and console out of a 2001 camaro ss to put in my 80 Camino, just mocked em up in the car yesterday, looks like they will work out good. The camaro was junk so I drilled out the welds and got the factory seat and console mounts from it. Next to get the bench seat mounts out of the camino, and modify the camaro mounts to fit. Should have done all this before painting the floorboards in the camino, well at least the underside hasnt been painted yet.

I think I might steal your idea when I put buckets in. I think it looks better than the CQ's that came original in gbody's.

I used a f-body camaro one and fabbed up cup holders, change holder and it came out good I think. Whatcha think, I may just build some up and sell some very easy. Used 1/8 inch aluminum sheet to make all pieces, then used matte black car wrap (3m) the good stuff. Easy sneasy!!!
