Might come into some extra dough this weekend so I've been compiling a list of things to do to my Regal (aside from the kickdown cable, fluid and filter change for motor and transmission, and trans front seal) and I can't decide on what to do first: springs or shocks in the back? If I understand right, shocks just control how much or little the spring compresses over bumps and smooths out the bouncing, and worn out springs cause cars to sag. Mine sags too much in the rear, but also bottoms out and wobbles for a bit. Nothing too horrible but can get annoying. Or should I just say screw it and wait until I can do front and back? Was also thinking of putting Gabriel HiJacker air shocks on the back to have more control of the ride height in the rear. Also I haul a lot of stuff frequently. Like a 350 Olds (dissasembled of course. gonna make a move on that probably next spring) and some emergency stuff. Spare, jack, etc. Also are duralast springs good? As in is the ride decent and do they hold up to some abuse? I noticed they have the same part numbers as moog does but does that really mean they are "moog" springs with a different label? Any input is appreciated.

They're cheap, easy, and I replace them together. I've had no issues with Duralast springs, and I always use Gabriel Load Carrier spring-assisted shocks on my street cars.
