Change cutlass door locks

Can anyone tell me how to change my locks on my 84 cutlass supreme 2door. I took the door panel off and I cant get pass the glass.

Roll down the window until the bolt holes are in position so that you can use the inspection holes to remove them. After that, you will need to remove the locater pin at the rear of the door, and maybe something at the front too. The lock cylinder comes out with a horseshoe clip, but take the linkage rod off first by sliding the retaining clip off first. It is hooked on with a tang, so you may need to pry it up a little to disengage the tang.
