Should be fairly simple if you have a place to work and the tools with the information in the link. You are in Texas, so the bolts should come out real easy.
I replaced the ones behind the back wheels in my car when the frame rails were replaced. Half of the bolts were eaten thin in the middle where there are no threads by rust, but they didn't break when they were zipped out with a high torque CP 1/2 impact gun. There appeared to be a some type of grease on the threads from the factory. I ended up needing to replace the sections of the floor where the cage nuts are, but again, you shouldn't have to worry about any rust.
