Chassis Paint Options?

Here’s what was used on my chassis / engine bay clean up.
It’s been used by many before me & stands the test of time.
If your prep / clean up the surface with lacquer thinner , it will stick like glue .

Is the vht roll bar paint direct to metal? Or does it need some kind of a primer?

The can says paint right over metal, which is what I did.

I always have a case of that paint around for anything needing black. Works awesome and holds up great
