Chrome rocker trim- to stay or go?

I cut mine off with a thin small cut-off wheel. If you take your time and are careful you can cut almost perfectly flush and not much work to surface them.

Leave off, all it does is hold water and dirt. What happens next rust. That if it stays outside.

I also used a Dremel tool with a flexshaft and a very thin cut off disc. If you are careful and take your time you can cut them nearly flush.

I say keep the chrome...gives the car character 🙂
