My son called me from Denton Tx last night to ask my opinion about buying an 87 S-10 2 wheel drive Blazer with the V-6 5speed and only 66,000 miles for $700.00 asking price. Owned by an older retired gentleman that is the original owner and just wants to get rid of it. Of course I told him to jump on it. What a cool project that will be. Endless potential.

I don't know where he came by it, he gives me the credit but for a 29 year old he's got a good head on his shoulders. In high school auto shop he and his buddy won the Pa. state high school mechanics competition and went to Manhatten BY. for the nationals. They didn't win there but he won a full 2 year scholorship for Wyotech. From Wyotech he literally got drafted by Schlumburger in Denton to run equipment maintenance department for 6 figures. Guess it shows I'm a very proud father.
